Every piece is casted in brass and then plated with 14K & 18K Gold. To give them sheen, durability and a long lasting appeal, we at Teeisa Jewels have opted for micron plating instead of flash plating. All pieces are 1 micron plated to ensure they last a lifetime.

All items sold through Teeisa Jewels are intended for personal use only. Teeisa Jewels reserves the right to cancel any orders which appear to be for the purpose of wholesale or resale.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you have inputted an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. Write to us at support@teeisajewels.com. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for loss of stolen packages.

Delivery Time

We know that waiting for online orders to arrive can sometimes feel like an eternity. At support@teeisajewels.com, we strive to process your order within 5-7 business days.

However, please note that actual delivery will vary based on the delivery option that you have selected, as well as your location.

For Orders within the Country
Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days.


For International Orders
Express Delivery: 10-20 Business Days
Standard Delivery: 20-30 Business Days

I was sent the tracking number. However after clicking the link I'm redirected to a page it says that the number can't be found and is not available in the carrier's system yet. Is there another way to check the status of my delivery?

Generally, after we hand over the package to the courier, they will have it processed and scanned for them to update it with tracking information later on.

Usually, it takes a few days for them to update, therefore the tracking information may not appear online immediately, please try to track again later.

Am I eligible for a 10% discount for my first purchase?

Yes! You simply need to sign up for our mailing list. You can do so when you enter our website and there will be a pop-up subscription box that appears automatically.

How do I return my order?

All Sales Are Final. Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories. 

If your item arrives broken or damaged, or if you receive the wrong order, please contact us at support@teeisajewels.com and we will be happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We will be more than happy to clarify any queries that you may have. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. 

What should I do if I lose my jewellery?

Unfortunately we cannot replace lost jewellery.

What should I do if I receive a broken item?

Please send a photo/video to support@teeisajewels.com together with your order number within 24 hours (max) of receiving the piece. We have a 45 days money-back guarantee and we will be happy to replace your items. The decision to replace the jewellery resides with the Teeisa jewels management after proper inspection and their decision is final. 

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Different people react differently to different materials. Our jewellery is suitable for most people but if you have sensitive ears, we highly recommend you to take utmost care of your ears first, use a little moisturizer to make the ear lobes slightly soft, and of course, you remove them before bedtime.

Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

We love the fact that you are instinctive, and sometimes ordering happens. Just like that! We would love to ship you Teeisa jewelery that is up to 5000 INR as a Cash on delivery. However, if you want to splurge, which we, of course, want you to, any order above 5,000 INR will be prepaid and can be done through UPI, Credit card/Debit card, or net banking.
